HTC ONE S and ONE XL will get Jelly Bean update
Finally, HTC has officially announced that Android's new flavor Android Jelly Bean 4.1 is finally ready to hit select HTC devices. In a statement, HTC confirmed that HTC ONE XL and ONE S would get the Android 4.1 upgrade soon. Here's how the statement ran-
"We know HTC fans
are excited to get their hands on Google's latest version of Android. At this point in time, we can confirm that we have plans to upgrade our HTC One X, HTC One XL and HTC One S to Jelly Bean. Please stay tuned for more updates regarding device upgrades, timing and other details about HTC and Jelly Bean."
This means that the above mentioned global models are surely going to receive the update soon.(Hopefully, real soon.) Also, carrier versions of ONE X and ONE S AT&T, T-mobile and Rogers are also going to get the taste of Jelly Bean soon. However, it still remains to be seen whether ONE V, EVO 4G LTE and Droid Incredible 4G LTE would be fortunate enough to get the Android 4.1 update or not.

Meego is not dead-Just yet.
Remember the unfortunate MeeGo OS? If you don't let me freshen up your memories. MeeGo OS was jointly developed by Intel and Nokia. It was first announced at the Mobile World Conference in February 2010 in a joint press conference by Intel and Nokia.The Linux-based Meego OS was primarily created to act as an Operating System for Smartphones, tablets, etc. Nokia released only one smartphones based on Meego OS- Nokia N9. The Operating System received critical acclaim and well praised by users in Asia and Europe. But fate had other plans for MeeGo.

Best Upcoming and Awaited Game Titles-Part 2
This is the follow-up to the post-Best Upcoming and Awaited game titles-part 1.

Motorola announces Atrix HD
Motorola has now officially announced the next member of its popular Atrix series, called Atrix HD.
This announcement comes after company accidentally published a Splash page revealing several details about the specifications of Atrix HD. Motorola has said that the phone would be available soon at AT&T for $99 with a new 2-year contract.

Kindle Fire 2 to be announced soon
This November, Amazon's 'worth the money' Kindle Fire Tablet will finally receive its successor. Sources that claim to be 'Familiar with Amazon's plans' have told AllthingsD Kindle fire 2 would be much thinner and lighter than the original Kindle fire and would feature a built-in Camera as well which wasn't present in the original Fire. the sources also revealed that Kindle Fire 2 would have a screen resolution of 1280X800 pixels. (Which by the way is just about the same resolution as i-PAD 2.) Firefox OS- An open source OS
Mozilla has its complete focus on materializing its dreams to launch a fully Open Source mobile Operating System based on open web standards particularly, HTML 5. The project was to revealed to the masses last year and was then known as Boot to gecko, B2G. Now it has been renamed as Firefox OS and Mozilla is committed to bringing the open Web to mobile devices.
